Beginning October 3, Wednesdays & Fridays from 4 - 5 pm in Gym 210
Spin is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens your upper body as you pedal through hill climbs, sprints, push-ups, and core drills! All fitness levels are welcome!
This event is free to faculty, staff, and students.

Fit Class is a mix of strength training, cardio training, and functional exercise for a full body workout! Exercise intensities and modes of exercise are contently varied to keep the body guessing at each workout. You'll use the kettle bells, your own body weight, the new machines and much more to get, or stay, in shape!

Join ASLCC and Fitness Center staff for a free introduction to Rock Climbing!
This event will be held at the Fitness Center rock climbing wall. Participants will learn the basics about the climbing wall, climbing techniques, and the Fitness Center.
