Lower Columbia College Foundation, a tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, works to advance the mission of the college by providing financial assistance, encouraging public support, and strengthening the teaching, learning and cultural environment of the college. International Programs strives to increase cross-cultural understanding across the campus and in the community.
